We had a long weekend in April which took us to the far southern reaches of Morocco and the beach city of Essaouira--a popular wind-surfing city with a decided so. Cal. feel. We sponsored some entrepreneur training workshops and met some truly lovely people. Windy.
Our walking tour host said that Game of Thrones films from this exact spot.

Note to self: Return and check this out!
Bill and Hilary have a place here in Essaouira somewhere. Back in the 60's, American counter-culturists (hippies) latched onto this part of Morocco, and thousands never left.
