Yup! That was even before Read Across America started. Do you remember that we made a giant Cat in the Hat poster and everyone signed it with the title of their favorite Seuss book. Then we sent it to him AND he wrote back!!! Where THAT letter is is a question for the ages!!! He died about 3 months after that.
